4 Days Checking & Replacement Warranty

At Onestopstore your satisfaction is our utmost priority, therefore for your satisfaction we provide a Four (4) days checking & replacement warranty on all our electronics. Warranty starts from when you have received your order. You can check your product for any internal or operational issues during the 96 hours checking warranty. If an issue is found you may contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp, we will process your claim.

Terms & Conditions

Warranty can be claimed in the first 96 hours after receiving the order, any claim after the given time will be rejected

This warranty is valid on following conditions:

  • Product delivered has some defect or issue
  • Product delivered has broken items
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Parcel has missing items
Note: In case of broken items, missing items, or wrong product, you will require an unboxing video of parcel to process claim.

This warranty is NOT valid on following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase not available
  • Like/dislike factor
  • Change of mind
  • Claim is marked after warranty period
  • Warranty sticker was removed
  • Product was damaged due to improper use such as falling, over charging, fast charging, exposure to water, disassembling or modification

Warranty Claim

To claim warranty, you need to provide following:

  • Order number, provided at the time of order dispatch
  • Order slip pasted on order is your warranty slip, keep it safe during warranty period
  • Onestopstore sticker on the product. You shall not remove the sticker during warranty period
  • Unboxing video of parcel in case claim is for broken items/missing items or wrong product.
  • Unused and intact products received in parcel with original packaging. All accessories, user manuals and equipment shall be unharmed and in condition received.
Note: The customer needs to repack the products and send them via a registered & traceable courier at his own expense

Replacements

  • If your claim is approved, we may offer you a replacement
  • Replacement can be in form of store coupon or a replacement product
  • Replacements take 5-10 working days to process
